Good service for returned item

I purchased a mug from Citimob - ordered it first thing in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon. Amazing service, just a pity the mug was terrible quality.
I email the service department, and even though it took 2 weeks before my mug as collected back, I had good communication with Citymob.
Now I'm just waiting for my refund.
I had a good experience of a bad situation.
