Treated like a criminal

I drove to the shop to especially get the energy/mental boost supplements as I am writing exams, went straight to the medicines shelf and found a variety of other forms of supplements that I wanted to try out so I opened the box (not the inside container nor broke the seal of the product) to see how these pills looked like. As I was "shopping" a security guard walks up to me and says I am not allowed to open the box. I asked how am I suppose to know how the product look like if I don open it. He insisted I shouldn't open the box. He then called for back up (I don't know for what reason) done, was followed to till points.
I shared my experience with a store manager Rashid, before I could finish he interrupted me explaining "the reason why the security guard did what he did is because we (Pnp) have had problems before whereby would remove the content and leave an empty box on the shelf".

Not apologising for my experience or the way that his contractors have treated his customer. And with confidence the guy was condoning this whole scenario and impliying that I could be a potential /shoplifter. Very cross I left the the products I had selected worth R137.00 and he sa
