The Jetline at Melville, Johannesburg has bad customer service and the employees at the branch does not know how to properly work with the printers and how to change the settings. When you enter the shop you have to wait sometimes for minutes before you are helped and they also help customers that came in after you have arrived. If you complain to them about their service they respond to the clients in a bad and arrogant way. When you also print pages that needs to be cut, they won't help you and they will just stand around and do nothing. At other branches in Johannesburg they cut the printed pages for you and they also have better people skills.
