Store error in ticket issue and shocking service

When we went to collect show tickets booked through computicket on 28/10 the kiosk attendant tore stubs off tickets. We noticed this is not usual so asked if they were valid and told by senior staff it was fine. At end of day got call from Debra to TELL us we needed to return to store immediately to have tickets reissued as they were invalid and they would have to rebook seats. This was not possible due to timing and transport. I called debra the following day and told her we were unable to make it to store and they needed to sort it out as problem was not ours. Shocking problem "solving" skills no respect for customer in way we were spoken to and no follow up ensued resulting in worry and unnessary distress and numerous costs of phone calls etc by customer. Staff handling mistake made by their store were clearly incompetent. Since error had nothing to do with customers we expected that store would make amends and sort it out but sadly this was not the case and we eventually had to take matters into our own hands. Still havent received final confirmation that booking will be valid and show is tonight. Holding thumbs. Checkers need to investigate further suggest by senior managemen
