STAY AWAY FROM PAMPERS NAPPIES

Almost a month ago my wife phoned Pampers as the gel was coming out the sides of the nappies, after about 2 days they collected the nappies ensuring her they will get back to her (4th of October) between this date and the 21st October I myself send 4 e mails complaining about feedback, the 21st they phoned her saying there is still an investigation going on??? Today I phoned them again and to my surprise a VERY arrogant lady told me that they are still investigating. We have since switched over to HUGGIES, much better product, better quality and the price is less. I just want my money back and never ever want to support or deal in anyway with PAMPERS again, never.
