RING KEEP BREAKING

I bought my wedding band from Forma Viva, Canal Walk, in 2010 and also had it resized. The ring has since broken 3 times. I took it in for repars/ resoldering in 2011 while it was still under guarentee. It then broke again early this year and I took back it for resoldering, at a cost. It has now broken for the 3rd time on the same spot. I took it back in on Friday 25.10.2013, but was told that the manager will only be in on Monday 28.10.2013 and would get a call then. I am still waiting for the manager to call me. The assistant on duty told me that the ring would be sent away for resoldering again and I asked him if I'll have the ring resoldered ever so often for the rest of my life. Surely the problem is quality as I've never heard nor seen a ring breaking. Are they selling genuine products? Should I wait for the day my wife's ring breaks too as hers is also from Forma Viva.
