STILL WAITING FOR MY PURCHASED AIRTIME

I bought airtime twice on the morning of the 28th via Jet Cellular OTA service. When I did not receive it, I called 0861788211 which is the customer care line. My call never went through and my airtime has still not yet been loaded. Very disappointing service.
