Failure to refund deposits

We rented suits for the groomsmen at our wedding from "Wedding and Suit International '. Sales staff fail to inform you that a security deposit will be deducted from your account without discussing it. Then if any of the rented suits are returned late then the entire security deposit is forfeited. Management then adopt the attitude that the suits are rented as a collective??

They promised to refund part of the deposit but after a month and a half of following up with them, they decided to go back on their word and no longer refund any of the deposit.

I highly recommend that you stay away..
