Money Transfer Details

I made a number of money transfer deposits. I can confirm that I was the person responsible for depositing the money into the money transfer account. I do need to know the details as to who withdrew the money transfers. I was told by shoprite that I needed an affidavit. After getting an affidavit signed, they still were not able to help me. Whats the procedure as to how I can find out who withdrew the money transfers?
