I would like to compliment Nolwazi Khumalo the way she handled my ICE WATCH which was not bought at Edgars but was bought at Gateway Jeweler in KZN who told me ICE WATCH is no longer in SA. Nolwazi Khumalo did not hesitate or say you did not buy it here so we cant help like many othere stores do. She took in hand and got the job done with a smile and kept me updated all the time.
