Unauthorised charges

I telephoned Jet to complain about unauthorised charges on my account. Jet refused to deal with it as they say as it was cell phone prepaid vouchers RMCS which is a division of Edcon should deal with this. My view is that my account is with Jet not RMCS and Jet should be highly embarrassed that they are messing up. It is not my duty to ensure that they do their job properly. I am STILL trying to sort this out with RMCS.
