Ad attitude

I work across the road from shoprite, but refuse do go there due to a couple of the employees bad attitude. I rather go to spar which is further away. It is a standing complaint between me and others that also work in this area. They seriously need some training in customer service. I inially thought that it is a race thing but it seems that even the coloured customers have to deal with their retched behaviour. They should defintetly go to spar to get schooled on how to treat customers.
