Department Manager Borowing Money from Clients

The Manager Werner asked me what type of work do I do. I said OH&S so he asked me for a business card. As I did not have one with me he asked for my contact details for business purposes, so I gave it to him.
Friday afternoon he send me a message stating that he needs to borrow R400 from me and I should not tell anyone. I said I don't have and he kept on bothering me the whole weekend through. Since Friday I haven't went to Spar again. I used to go there every single day. I won't go there ever again unless he has been removed from that store. I am also thinking of taking it futher with Head office and the newspapers.
