Dont want to release my money

I sent money about 3 weeks & I lost the pin number, went back to them with the slip having M number they checked the money with that M number to see if it is there they confirmed it was there. they said I must go to police to make affadavit I did that & went back.when I got there with my I'd copy, affidavit & M number they said I must come with bank statement. I mean for what this has nothing to do with my bank, these people can't take responsibility they like playing with people's money their service is too bad I need the money back but it seems that I will not get it anytime soon and my family is suffering because I chose Shoprite to send them money.
