The system was brought on the 25th September 2012 & 7 months thereafter the DVD player stopped working, the tray refused to open, not with the remote or even by pushing the button on the machine itself. So we gave it in on the 19 of April 2013. No one ever phone to to give us feedback, yet ever month we pay the instalment not missing one and we pay INSURANCE! After a month I started calling, I then spoke to Elmarie and after a couple of weeks she found out that the DVD was still at Ellerines in Alberton (it's been there - 2 months) and no one made any contact with us. Then she sent it off to the supplier to see if they can fix it... it took the supplier another 2 months to return the dvd player to Ellerines and tell them they cannot fix it. Elmarie left the company, then I started speaking to Brenda, after explaining the whole story to her she said that we should come in and fill in forms for the insurance (which we did) The claim was submitted to the insurance in August. Out of the 7 months that we are waiting for the DVD I have made more than 30 phone calls to Ellerines which is unacceptable. Every time I get told that they can't do anything because it's with the insurance.
