10 days later still not connected

10 days later still not connected - today I called again and spoke to Sipho who promised to investigate and revert back to me to tell me why I am still not connected. I confirm that Gary called me last week assuring me that he will escalate my problem but till today I am still not able to use my data card. I am very disappointed.
