DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Two and a half weeks ago I was unfortunate enough to choose to take my 6 keys to Mbuyisa Locksmith & Maintenance "Your Car Key Specialists" who actually specialize in losing your original key, gutting your property (leaving it for days) and giving you BAD, unapologetic service while they're at it!

I've had to return to this establishment 3 times to inquire about my lost key, and 2.5 weeks later I'm left with a (keyless) Xpanda door that has been taken apart and left for days without so much as a phone call to let me know how long this entire ordeal is going to take.

The last thing on these people's minds is to give decent customer service, by at least pretending to care that I'm being greatly inconvenienced by their negligence. Instead it's been BAD service from the beginning!!

My nightmare continues... DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!!
