I have had a awesome time for more than a month trying to get the bed I bought from The bed shop Brakpan replaced for the 3rd time. I can not believe the arrogant nature of the bed shop staff and even that of Jan Albert. I have sought legal advice and have instructed them to proceed with action due breach of contract and pain and suffering endured due to the poor quality of the product and the unwillingness of the supplier to rectify the situation. It's a shame that I have had to get hold of a senior person in this manner. You need to take action against the staff and owner of Brakpan. I have begged and pleaded enough now.
