Terrible, demeaning, rude service

I went to buy fresh chicken at Fruit & veg.there's 5 in a pack & it's uncut birds. I asked the butcher to cut it for me & to just put the wings on their own. The manager managed to throw his weight around and shout at me for simply asking for a normal butcher service that other stores eg Fourways & Nicolway OFFER.he told me where to get off and I how i could go to MY FOURWAYS.He came to me and the 1st thing he said was "WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM? "I was stunned coz he did not even care to greet & came with guns blazing. I must say I have not received such bad, pathetic, inferior service in any other stores. It's as if he was saying get the out of my shop! how much could putting wings in a seperate pack cost if I was willing to pay / - R200 for 5 birds? I ask myself. Was I there to ask for freebies. I THINK NOT!
