Killing the SPAR Name!

There has not been a single visit to the establishment in which i have not been absolutely disgusted by Melville Spar. I unfortunately live in close proximity to the place and need to travel a few km's further to Steve's Spar now on a daily basis as the Melville branch is unbearable to shop at.

In short:

- We have had to take meat back to the shop over 6 times in the last few months! The chicken is almost always off! Almost all the meat is about to expire, no matter what day you go in. The packing of the meat is also often sticky and dirty.

- The Veg is absolutely disgusting! Brown and full of flies on a regular basis.

- One always has to walk through a cloud of smoke at the entrance, where the decrepit, rude old manager sits and smokes

The worst of it is that today, about an hour ago, a RAT ran right past my feet, from the bakery section no less! ITS DISGUSTING!!! Surely that is a massive infringement of hygiene laws?

The manager's are belligerent and in denial. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. They simply shrug things off and walk away, while one is talking to them!
