? taking money but no service!!

I ordered a large amount of molds for my baking shop, its a month now and no molds have been delivered, no response from emails and none of their numbers are working. The owner Andrew Watt inboxed me on facebook claiming he's sorting it out, im starting to think this is a and that he is taking money from online buyers. I am not the only one complaining, there is a lot of people with the same problem from the same company!!
