Wrong information with disrespect

Hello Peter today my Dad went to Usave at mangalani, in the morning to buy grocery, however they were out of stock, however the lady told my dad to come back later as the stock truck has just arrived
this after noon, we went back to buy grocery thinking we would find what we were looking for but didn't find anything, as we went out of the building, my dad humbly, asked the lady, what happened since you said that by this time of the day there would be grocery, ANGRILY and DISRESPECTFULLY she shouted, at my dad, saying didn't i tell you the grocery is here why don't you go look at the back (storage) to see if it isn't here, just go check for yourself, she then harshly asked the security to back to back her story, she wanted us to go to the storage and unpack the things we wanted, With the colleague she was with, the guy nicely said, we have stock however, its unpack, and if you want something specific you may tell us to fetch it at the storage, which we did not know until the security told us. Then i told her i was going to report this, her reply was you can GO i d not care (its really not nice seeing your parent being disrespected like this in public
