FRAUDLY BILLED FOR WRONG PRODUCT

I went to see Moffatt Optical in Pietermaritzburg to have my eyes examined of which I settled the account. Then it was time to choose the spectacles, I chose them and they told me I will get in a few weeks time, when they were ready I was contacted to come for a fitting. I drove to PMB as I am now based in Durban I went and the spectacles did not fit me and it was not the size and design I had chosen initially. So I told them that it is not exactly what I had chosen and I do not like how they sit on my face as they are quite big on me which makes me look funny. They advised me to choose something else of which I did not like any in their store as they had a limited range I told them that because they do not have what I want I would like to cancel and go somewhere else where my needs would be satisfied. They were in disagreement with this and now they keep calling me and harassing me to pay and sending me statements that I owe them and that the account will be handed over to their lawyers if I do not pay. I don't understand what I owe because im not in possession of any of their products.
