I bought a bed set (lay-bye for 3mnths) and delivered in May 2013. In July I went to the store and reported that i am not happy with the mattress of the bed, the springs are noisy. I was referred to Mike who was supose to send a Rep to my house on the 16 August to checkout the condition of the bed. I called the store on to confirm the arrangements, to my surprise he was off. I then asked to speak to the Manager on Duty, I got Charnel who did not understand why he would say I must call him when he knew that he was off. Charnel promised to take care of the matter. I have called the store numerous times, and everytime she kept on saying the same thing promising to call me back, I am now tired of this cat and mouse game. Yesterday Charnel promised to send me a replacement of the bed today - 03 October, I waited whole day with not even a phone call, as usual. I feel that I should just want my money back and buy myself a bed somewhere else. I am so deeply disappointed from a "NO PROBLEM" store, their service stinks! Plz help me!
