Web Site for Book Sales not working and not fixed

The web site advertises my book, The Building Resilience Handbook, as having 49 copies available:

However, if you go into the web site, and try to buy the book, its says its not available:

Over the past 4 weeks, I have emailed the company twice and also twice asked the call center people to please solve the problem. The call centre people acknowledge that there is a problem and promise to get someone to call me - Case Reference : 001 60328 on 24 September.

Nothing has ever happened, no one has ever contacted me, despite desperate pleading over and over again!!

PLEASE will someone help me??!!
