Utterly disgusted on Jashua Door Lenasia

I bought 2 x queen size Restonic beds at Joshua Doore Lenasia December 2012, only to find out that the springs of the bed is broken, i then filed a complaint at the branch and spoke to the manager Kobus, they promised that the bed will be replaced and that they will attend to the matter, i constantly had to phone the branch requesting updates and constantly receive empty promises, it is now 03 October 2013 and still didn't receive my replacement beds, we paid cash for the two beds and expected no problems from Joshua door, at times when we phone Joshua doore on 011 854 8114 they would pick up the phone and leave it hanging, I then requested if i might speak to a higher authority in order to escalate my complaint, they don't want to provide me with any contact details. i then tried calling J.D House on 0860 338 871 and the phone either just rings or stays engaged, i have never ever in my life received such disgusted service in my life and I heed everyone not to put them self through Unnecessary drama and avoid buying at Joshua doore Permanently, it's not worth it.
