Upgrades while you shop

The spar at kenilworth is disgusting. they are busy upgrading it, making it bigger and better, but instead of closing for a week or two while plastering their walls and doing the tiling, they simply continue with business as usual, except now instead of having 10 tellers open they have 5 (the rest are cornered off while tiling) and to top it all, their deli is still trading cooked foods out in the open and the bakery selling unpackaged breads and rolls on the shelves while people are plastering/grinding/painting etc. the dust is everywhere but yet i'm expected to buy fresh bread with cement dust on it? surely a health inspector can come out and force them to close down while they're renovating. not only did it take me 5x longer in the queue than usual, but the smell and dust was disgusting.
