Damaged lounge suite delivered

We are one of the suckers who paid in full for a lounge suite which arrived damaged from this company in July
It is now October and trying to get a new suite or a refund from Rochester is an impossibility.
To all the people who complained in hello-peter, don't you think it is time to go legal?
Contact the consumer people in the star? We don't believe we will get a replacement
or a refund, as I don't believe Rochester have the means to refund, or the resources to fix any of the damaged goods. This is obviously a company in financial trouble. It is now time to help them along to liquidation
If you notice their response to all of us is exactly the same, and rudeness we all have the emails to prove this. They now have a radio ad, maybe it is time to phone the radio station who advertises for them and complain.
If nothing else let's spread the word - word of mouth is a great tool, if nothing else we might prevent another
Sucker from buying from Rochester.
