Bad service

Balfour Park Foschini staff offer bad service and ignore customers. One has to to beg for assistance, cause they busy chatting to each other. Several times I was referred to a different Foschini branch far from where I live simply because no was willing to help and check the product I was looking for. Very unfriendly staff who gets irritated when you ask for assistance.
