Avent dummy SAFETY HAZARD!

My poor baby boy had his avent dummy in his mouth the one moment the next he was screaming at the top of his lungs, pointing to his mouth as blood came gushing from his mouth... imagine the shock & horror not knowing what happened where the blood was coming from had my fingers in his mouth trying to find a sharp object that may be in his mouth. The ONLY object around was his dummy which was now on the floor infront of him. Managed to calm him down and myself got the bleeding to stop. then inspected the floor again still only the dummy lying on the floor. on closer inspection i found the dummy had infact cracked and he had injured the inside of his mouth. He has x4 of the same avent dummies a few days later i inspect the other dummies and yet another one cracked so i take them away from him. This is unacceptable this was my brand of choice as I trusted Philips Avent and by doing this i have failed/neglected to protect my child! He is only 1 years old and that was the first time he got hurt in that way to the point the floor was covered in blood.
