We received a letter on the 28/09/2012 stating that if you FICA your account before a certain date you receive a guaranteed 7 day holiday accommodation. I've called the call centres and no-one seems to know what I'm talking about. I spoke to Quinton on the 14/01/13 and he confirmed that we qualify and someone from another department was going to call us with information on the hotels, we're still waiting. I've spoken to someone at TLC the booking agent named Marci and she had no idea of this promotion. So Ed is the right name for them. I am seriously considering taking this a step further because I'm pretty sure this falls under the realm of false advertising.
