I must say not happy with the service i received from this young lady it was really disgusting. as i know when i approach a teller she must greet me first not the other way around unless training was not provided in this store. she was not friendly and her attitude was really appalling. i gave her my debit card on hand but when she return it to me she literally threw it back on the counter..is it because i am black not indian to receive this service from her. i am will never support and i will info my friends and family when they visit gateway they must shop at the HUB does to this NIKITA person..as i am from PTA i expected the same level of service that one in JHB they can teach this young lady a thing or two... its really pathetic to get a service
