At N1 City they did not solve my problem

I logged the below complaint @ Clicks but since then I have not recieved any FEEDBACK regarding the matter. I would like to know what must I do in matter.

I`m one of your Clicks Club card holder and regular customer @ Clicks, my Card number 0200336512318, on 10th July 2013 I purchased my toiletry & 500 ml of Fanta Grape at one of your stores@
N1 City mall as my work place is close to the Mall, I then drank my cold drink until the bottle was in halve when I check the neck of the bottle the cold drink BB Date is the 04th July.
I then call the customer care line they referred me to the store but the service I got at your store was unacceptable and the worst part of it I drank an expired cold and I`m breastfeeding
that means my baby was at risk. They Manager told me that Clicks do not pack the Fridges it is Coca cola people that does that but then according to me I bought the cold drink @ Clicks not from Coca cola tills. The Manager took me to Click Nurse and she did not know what to do or say the only thing she did she checked my blood pressure then left me for more than 45 minutes in her room
without saying a thing or giving me pills to prevent my ba
