MAC EYELINER PENCIL QUALITY

I bought a MAC eyeliner from the V&A branch about two months ago. the pencil's rotation doesnt work and the back of the pencil got stuck in the lid. the finishing quality of the product is very poor and to pay R180 for an eyeliner that's quality is that bad is ridiculous.
