BAD MAC Studio Fix powde

Last year I bought the MAC Studio Fix powder from Truworths in Cavendish Square mall. Usually this powder lasts me for several months but I barely used this compact for a month when I noticed that the powder started drying out. I took the compact back to Truworths expecting that they would look into this matter and replace the product. But the one girl at the MAC counter told me that the product must have gotten some moisture and that I should just take a knife and scrape of the top. I was really disappointed by their response as I would have thought that they would send it back to their Supplier. I'm used to using powder during summer when my face gets shiny. So basically the MAC salesgirl was trying to tell me that I should not use MAC powder on my face when it is shiny because then the powder will dry out. I am so disgusted in the MAC product that I will never waste my money on their products ever again and I will also not shop at Truworths in Cavendish again.
