Excellent service

My wife and I just brought some oven backed chips from Woolworths on special. When we left we realized that we hadn't been given the special rate. We returned and queried it with the manager. After investigating the fact he showed that the special had in fact ended 3days ago and that they didn't take down the advertising. Pat then instead of just refunding the difference refunded the whole product and let us keep the oven baked chips. Is is excellent service and the kind of thing that will keep me shopping at Woolworths.
