FAILING TO MEET CUSTOMRES NEEDS AS PROMISED

As usual and accordingto their speciality Truworths called me and promised me the world again but still failed to fullfil their promise.

How nonsensical is that?
If only they knew how much financial loss I've incurred due to their negligence and incompetence, comes the end of the month they will expect me to pay.
I wont pay until they sort out my phone mxim.
