Poor Service

I am not at all happy with the Pick n Pay at Hillcrest.

There is poor service, and a very bad attitude at the tills., During lunch time there are only three cashiers available and they are not willing to help, even pack bags although there are a number of employees walking around doing nothing..Even during peak shopping hours shelves are being packed, boxes are all over the place as well as trolleys in the aisles, I am not a person that normally complains but I do believe the place needs to be jacked up. I have see flies flying around the cold meat section.
