Edgars does not stop calling

I have had it with Edgars Financial claims or debt collectors or whatever you call them. Long story short, i pay my account monthly mostly more than the requested amounts. For some reason they are on my case this month and now found my Husbands nr and asked for me???

Besides that being UNACCEPTABLE, when they phone and i answer, an electronic voice tells me to hold!!!??? Dont call me and then ask me to hold! Im your client!

What is up with them calling non stop over R40 or something so ridiculous!!! They have phoned up more money than i "owe" them.

If i did not pay my account for 3 months then Yes, please phone me and talk respectfully to me. Not screaming at me from call centre!!! Its disgusting!!!

Please can we do something about these phone calls!! I pay my account! Don't make me feel like a CRIMINAL!!! What about thanking me for being a client!!
