Hirsch's
Who knew such excellent service still exists?

I went to Hirsch's to look at their store after Homemakers and bought a new fridge. The assistant manageress who first helped me (I forget her name - from Durban with a VW shaped mouse) was so sweet and friendly and she knew her stock. You could ask her anything and she would instantly know where it was. She gave me a super deal on the fridge. Zaid personally took me to the cashier (who also was amazingly friendly with the most beautiful smile and sense of humour) and stayed with me until he walked me out to say goodbye. Even the security guard was cracking jokes! I felt like I mattered and almost as if I was visiting in their home. The feeling was friendly, happy, knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. The prices were also really good! Even the two delivery men were respectful and friendly. All in all, my experience there was incomparable to any other retail store in Cape Town. Hats off to management!!! I will be back and I will tell all my friends!
