Products past sell by date

I have been a frequent shopper at FL market in centurion. I travel from Midrand. Over my past visits i have noticed deteriration in quality of products. But after shopping there is past Saturday, I had to raise concerns... Whole Pumpin when cut was dry and looked like its been on shelf for a while... Mushrooms that were on special was discoloured and did not look right... apples purchased turned brown and was soft within a day... Previous week cauliflower had fungi at bottom...
I think with this kind of qulaity i will be looking elsewhere to buy my fruit and Veg
