After various visits to Green Cross stores, emails and a call from Dianne Veldhuis requesting to return her call, still there are NO SERVICE delivery. Trying to get hold of Dianne since 17 Sept 2013 10:00 until 18 Sept 2013 10:00 with NO success, the phone stay 'BUSY' Is it fair to look for assistance for more than two months now and promises made in emails or are Dianne only cover for her job by sending an email to keep her supervisors happy. The specific brand codes was mailed... what is the problem. I tell you... there are no proud anymore and while people are getting a salary, why bother to do their job to perfection... Pathetic!!!
