Disgusting staff attitude

I went to macro this past Saturday to purchase a trailer which they had on special. Firstly, when i got to the outdoor and camping department, after having to ask for assistance, 2 of the employees honestly before, argued as to who must assist me and it wasn't even done softly, eventually, Johannes was forced to assist me, only to tell me that he can't find the paperwork. He was then going to call me Sunday for my purchase. The afternoon I went to macro and was informed that the paperwork was still in hiding, i was then going to be contacted on Monday, needless to say, this did not happen. I then called this morning andspoke with Thabo, the most unhelpful piece of you can speak with.? asked thabo if could speak with he's manager, unfortunately I did not speak with the manager as thabo did not know how to transfer the call, after he's numerous transfer attempts, the call was eventually cut. Well done thabo, you make BEE proud.
