Ecoming a fat joke

Cant download my ebooks, been phoning them since last week Monday, still not sorted or bothered to phone me back. Was promised all will be sorted yesterday then promised today. Kalahari was always the best but for the past month they became one big joke. I paid for my books and now I can not do anything with them. Even the Supervisors promise had no truth.
