Rude and Incompetent

Good Day-I am writing in disappointment by the lack of respect me and my sister experienced at Yde Menlyn. 1st we went to Yde centurion and wanted to buy a dress (desc: tp btbstaker), but it was torn a bit and the guy at the front desk suggested that we go buy it from menlyn. He was kind enough to call and find out the condition of the dress. The person from Menlyn assured him and us, it was in better conditions than the one he described over the phone. So we asked them to keep it for us and we drove to menlyn. When we got there THE DRESS WAS WORSE! It was torn! The silver plastic bust structure that holds the dress in place was broken and exposed. We were so disappointed but still held our cool and found an alternative dress. THEN as we were at the counter paying. One of the sales assistants (Desc: Short, dark-skinned, in black box braids) walks up to the counter and says "batho ba ko Centurion ga ba itse ba batla eng" (trans: these centurion people don't know what they want) unaware that it was ME. I refuse to pay R499.00 for a damaged dress & don't appreciate assistants talking about customers like we invisible. I expect much better. This is unacceptable to any customer.
