Bad customer service

My Dad purchased a master cylinder for his Taxi, the part is not working from the box, he was told they cannot exchange or refund him. they will take it back to the factory to be tested he should come back on wedsday, he went the part is still not back, went there today they told him to come back next week because the part is not ready and they are busy. so the taxi is just sitting at home and this is loss of money to him as this is his way of income.

bad attitude doesnt even define this branch, i also went there and was not assisted untill i had to ask what a girl needs to do to get service here. please can we get a resolution.
