Verimark spend millions on add campaigns, but when it comes to customer service they treat you like.
Well before the 7th of August 2013 I've put in a request with the Potch branch for a filter and a connecting hose for the shampoo pump. No answer and a couple of weeks later I send an email with photos to the Potch branch, which was forwarded to a Petro Coetzee at Verimark.
Phoned a Palesa in Randburg. I could not get hold of her on the 27th of August, but I was told by a Kiewiet van Jaarsveld to send an email stating my case. This email was forwarded to Palesa Reaname.By the 29th (Thursday) I still had no reply, so I again mailed Palesa. After numerous emails and phone calls which I had to initiate each time, somebody from the warehouse told me (29th) that they do have the parts and that I'll get it early the next week. 2 weeks later still nothing.
By Wednesday the 11th of September only the connecting hose arrived in Potch.
Throughout the process I had to lick the proverbial boots and got treated like a brain dead imbecile, with a bunch of for excuses. Palesa Reaname showed no intention or any motivation to resolve the issue in a professional manner.
