Neglecting customers

I am unpleased by what happened today at Pick 'n Pay at Campus Square, I was completely neglected by Thobile or Thobekile at the Deli. i waited and waited to be helped but she choose to dance and look down on the floor. I am working in the Hospitality industry and patrons/guests/customers are number one priority in our industry, i work with these people everyday and i give them my full attention. i use the very scale of deliverance of good service to judge what i get as a customer! i am totally disappointed, if she doesnt want to help people she must work in the kitchen where no customer will bother her!
