Disprespect for Disables Persons

On the 1st September 2013 our family visited your store. At approximately 11h30 my daughter who is physically disabled was in desperate need of the toilet. We arrived at the disabled toilet to find that it was occupied. We waited a few minutes when we were joined by a gentleman who was also in a wheelchair. Initially on arrival we were told by a blond staff member who was at the small storeroom next to the toilet, that the lady inside would be out shortly. We waited. Another staff member then arrived and knocked on the door and stated that some disabled people were waiting. To our astonishment - one of your perfectly abled staff members emerged from the toilet. Needless to say I was furious! The long wait and that fact that she was physically fine. She stated that the toilets upstairs were full.
Do you have a staff toilet and is this acceptable for a huge organisation such as yours to condone this type of disrespect towards physically disabled persons? I would like your views on this matter as well as future action and steps you plan to take. Trusting you have CCTV to review and to take the necessary action.
