Shops, Products, Services

I went into the Crosstrainer store an the Glen to enquire about printing on a soccer shirt for my son. They were out of some of the letters, so we asked them to use the ones that they to make up the ones that they didn't have and we wouldn't have a problem to pay for the extra letters. To my dismay, they were unfriendly and speaking to one another in their African language and unwilling to help. They then informed me that there was an extra charge because the shirt was not bought at that store. I found this strange. I told them that I would rather go to another store.

During the weekend I went to Eastgate and went to the 3 crosstrainer shops that are there. Eventually the one upstairs by Stuttafords did the printing. When I approached the sales lady in regard to the printing, she said that she didn't have all the letters. When I asked her to please check the letters that she had so that I could see what we could do, once again she spoke to another saleslady in their African language and just said that she didn't have it without even as much as checking. The rudeness is unacceptable and the lack of interest to help a customer. where has service gone to?
